1. Service Agreement

Wedding Edge Pros ("Company," "we," "us") provides professional wedding photography and videography services ("Services") to clients ("Client," "you") subject to these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

• Services are secured upon contract signature and receipt of retainer fee
• Retainer fees are non-refundable and applied toward total package cost
• Full payment due 30 days before wedding date
• Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly service charge

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 120 days before event: 50% refund of payments made
• Cancellations 31-120 days before event: 25% refund of payments made
• Cancellations within 30 days: No refund available
• Postponements may be accommodated subject to availability

4. Image Rights and Usage

• Company retains copyright to all images and videos created

6. Force Majeure

Company not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, or health emergencies. Alternative arrangements will be offered when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

Company's total liability limited to total amount paid by Client. Company not responsible for images lost due to technical failure, provided reasonable backup measures were employed.
